W.A.S.P is “Women’s Awareness Survival Program”, a dynamic system of self-defence for women aged 12 years old and above(under 16 must be accompanied by an adult) in Halifax and dartmouth Nova Scotia. This is not a martial arts class but rather a street oriented women’s self-defence and rape awareness workshop with combat proven tactics based on scientific and statistical evidence. Our physical self defence techniques employ gross motor skills making them easy to retain and can be realistically used and remembered during combat. Learn the self defence skills of assertiveness, awareness and combat training while building your self-confidence and self-esteem.
