Canada Karate-do Shotokai Summer Workshop

Friday, June 23 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday, June 24 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Sunday, June 25 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Saturday night meal/social. Details TBD.

Cost (CAD):
$100 for the weekend
$ 50 per additional family member
$ 50 for participants from out-of-province.
Payment can be made by cash or cheque or via PayPal or e-Transfer to the email address below. 10% discount if paid by May 31.

Halifax and MSVU:
The Halifax Stanfield International Airport is located 30 minutes from downtown Halifax by taxi and has direct flights from several major US and European hubs. There is no train service into Halifax from the airport, but there is a city bus: http://www.halifax.ca/transit/Schedules/documents/Route320.pdf

MSVU overlooks the Bedford Basin, about 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bus from the city centre. Reasonably priced student accommodations, including both dorm rooms and self-catered apartments, are available at the university: http://www.msvu.ca/en/home/community/conferenceservices/Accommodations.aspx (Note: the prices reflected on the website are for 2016). There may also be the ability to billet a few people.
